Hi I’m Michael.

I’m a Portland native, photographer and actor. Most days you can find me drinking too much coffee, behind my camera or acting on a stage. In many ways I am your typical Portlander. Indulging in some Oregon beers with friends, spending time on Mt. Hood, at the coast, camping and a love for 80’s music. The side of me that is unlike your typical Portlander took me to St. Louis, Washington DC, New York  and Baltimore for years before returning home.

I photograph families, couples and actors who are passionate about the Pacific Northwest and life. People who are yearning for fun, exciting photos. Wanting to capture a moment, their lifestyle, their passion and are totally into vibrant color! People who share my passion for IPA’s, pizza, beets (that’s right, I love beets), friends and family.

When I’m not working away you can find me cooking for my amazing wife or walking around town, having snacks and drinks at all of our favorite spots. Planning my next camping trip with the boys or singing, just not karaoke.
